Exclusions of the policy:
- Commercial use
- Deliberate damage
- Abuse or neglect
- Removal of odours
- Wear and tear
- Natural characteristics of leather (if applicable)
- Fading of fabric of materials
- Accumulated multiple stains
- Anything that happens gradually, including dye transfer.
